SM_PPF Auth Object - ChaRM 7.2 SP05

We have just upgraded Solution Manager 7.2 to SP05.

As a result, a new auth object called SM_PPF has been introduced (this controls with ChaRM actions you can view in CRM Web Client UI).

However, I am only seeing standard actions as values against this auth object. Can I not add Z* actions to this auth object?

Any experience how SM_PPF authorization values are handled when we have custom transaction types ZMMJ and YMMJ ?
Assume that we'll have 2 entries with MJ_SEND_MAIL_DEVELOPER - is it possible to differentiate for which transaction type it's used?

Hello Shaun!

Yes you can!

For example if you have a ZMMJ transaction and a mail action

ZMMJ_SEND_MAIL_DEVELOPER

in the PPF dropdown box in PFCG you receive also the Z actions without the first two characters:

MJ_SEND_MAIL_DEVELOPER.
