Condition Type VPRS, Condition category is S. Image attached in world document. Also VPRS is marked as required condition type. Plese find some images in attached document.
Probably, you need to rephrase your issue with more clarity. Most importantly, use the subject box effectively. Avoid adding the entire text of your issue there. Why you have set "S" for Condition Category when the standard is "G" ? What is the business process ?
I have a material suppose M00001 where standard cost is maintained (CK11N) & Costing run (T-Code- CK24) is not taken for current month. (During last month costing run was taken). I have made changes to condition type VPRS as Mandatory & changed the category from G to S. Purpose was when we create the Sales order with above material it should give error.
