Browse Button issue in Service Request CRM

Hello,

I have an issue after the SP Upgrade, while I created a service request on CRM System, the browse button from attachments tab isn't working. I clicked on it but nothing happened, this problem is not for all business partners from the system, the view is the same for everyone and for some roles the button is working, and only for one is not working. Please help me with this.

    • Hi Bharat,

      The Page/Controller of the enhanced BSP Application CRMCMP_IC_FRAME had to be updated.

      OBJECT: ZCRM_IC_FRAME HIDDENVIEW.HTM

      So in BSP Application CRMCMP_IC_FRAME, view HIDDENVIEW, view layout HIDDENVIEW.HTM you have to comment out a javascript block.

      To make it easier I've attached a photo.

    Thanks much for your reply. Sorry for delay. Can you please resend the attachment. As when i am clicking the attachment it is saying cannot display as the file contains some errors.
