New Movement type creation help

Hi ,

Our requirement is to Move articles from Blocked stock to directly Consignment stock. with standard movement types -it requires two step process- Movement 343-from Blocked to Unrestricted ; Then 412K- for Unrestricted to Consignment stock.

We need to combine both in one single movement type -from Blocked to Consignment stock directly.

So when we create New Movment type for this- what are the settings are required for New movment type so that it makes movement from Blocked stock to Consignment stock .

Pl. give details how this can be achived with new Movement type creation to have required functionality.
