Hi all!
We are facing some problems while doing cancellation of PO confirmation. User is taking +5 hours to do a cancellation of an order of 200 items average.
I talked to basis team, did a trace but did not found any problems. This is happening in all systems, so it is not a overloaded processing.
I did a test in QAS, cancelling an confirmation of 10 items thru CO13. The program gave me a confirmation message of the process

But since the cancelling doesn't reflect in documents, I went to SM12 and verified 118 table locks, even after 15 minutes after.

Is a +5 hours processing normal?
Is there a configuration or tuning in order to decrease the processing time of CO13?
