hi,

can you pl describe your actual problem.

if a customer is not created then you may get this.

but pl explain when you got this error.

This means that the customer you are trying to post is not available in the system. Create the customer master and they try your transaction again.

KNA1 refers to the General data segment of the Customer master data.

KNB1 refers to the Company code segment of the Customer master data.
