Release strategy based on cost centre and item value

It seems that my release strategy is getting the strategy based on the value only and not considering the cost centre, but the cost centre is also a characteristic. I didnu2019t link the cost centre with CEBAN-KOSTL, I only used values in the characteristic. The release strategy is coming up, but it is based on a value and not cost centre, I want it to consider both. Accn Ssignmnet category id aslo a characyerisctic. I check CL24N. CL30N, CL20N and everything seems OK. This for an item-wise release strategy.
