Hi,
Yes the very purpose of having parking user access rights and approving them with other user is the faciity given in SAP also.
We can have two diff users for this, this is one of the requirement for SOX compliance by the organisation.
FBV0 is posting authorisation for supervisors.
Let me know if your doubt is cleared.
Thanks

F-29 Post Customer Down Payment
F-31 Post Outgoing Payments
F-32 Clear Customer
F-39 Clear Customer Down Payment
F-40 Bill of Exchange Payment
F-43 Enter Vendor Invoice
F-44 Clear Vendor
F-48 Post Vendor Down Payment
F-51 Post with Clearing
F-52 Post Incoming Payments
F-53 Post Outgoing Payments
F-54 Clear Vendor Down Payment
F-58 Payment with Printout
F-59 Payment Request
F.05 Foreign Currency Valuation
F.08 G/L: Account Balances
F.13 Automatic Clearing without Currency
F.19 G/L: Goods/Invoice Received Clearing

Hello,
Yes it is possible for every entry TCODE in SAP, since it has to pass thru some supervisor's control before posting takes place.
All most all companies which are listed in US stock exchanges are following this concept since 3 years and slowly other non US listed companies have started since a year to have better control over the transactions.
thanks
G.Bharathi
