Restrict a HR infotype from getting replicated in to Business Partner (BP)

We are creating employees as business partners within in the same logical system. It was observed that employees' address information which is maintained in Infotype 6 also gets transferred during BP creation, which I understand to be a standard configuration.

Is there a way to stop/ restrict this address information from getting replicated.

We have been told that no BADI is available for traditional databases, to restrict the flow of information. I suppose there may be one for HANA.

SAP had recommended us to perform screen level config changes to restrict the display of HR data.

are you using S4HANA, in that we have BADI to restrict data which you don't want to replicate
