How to create Apraisal in detail.

Go through these links read documentation. Appraisal is vast thing to expalin. Go through documentation many things will get clear.

Hi Jai,
Employee performance appraisal can be worked from two ways, Portal and R3. The appraisal system in SAP can allow us to create our own template. And this appraisal system will send UWL notification for the corresponding manager and employee on the status update.
In appraisal the document will have the flow of status. Status will control the each and every field in the appraisal template.
For creating appraisal template use tcode PHAP_CATALOG.
After that for appraisal document creation use PHAP_CREATE or PHAP_ADMIN.
