infospoke informatica issue

hi,

we are creating infospoke to send data to informatica .

Process is like this

1. Informatica triggers PC

2 PC start and the when extraction is complete it send status to infomatica that the extarction is complete and database table is ready for extraction.

NOw the problem I am facing is that informatica triggers Pc correctly but there is failure in sending status to infomatica or the thirdparty system.

error : communication error failed to send staus to third party

though the extraction is complete and successful the message that infomatica recievs is that

PC has failed

and RFC is working fine

studying the SM21 logs

it is saying that there is a

gateway problem

shared memory problem

network problem

SAP web as problem

plz help
