How someone comply EU GDPR guidelines in-case social media or email integration

Hello,

I am working on an implementation where the customer requires the email and social media integration. This customer is in the entertainment industry, and SAP social media integration will create thousands of customers data w/o the consent information. When some will like the post or send a casual comment, then his data will send to SAP C4C. My client does not want to store this information. He wants an auto-delete function to delete the Individual customer if it is just a like of a post or casual comments etc. until they get the consent information.

Even in case of any email comes then they want based on some rules, the customer data should automatically get deleted.

We tried to anonymize the customer data, but change history still contains the information and breaches the law.

SAP provides DATA Privacy work center for deleting customer data but it is manual. The customer can not appoint 20 people for just removing 1000s of customer data on a daily basis in C4C because SAP does not allow them to delete from the backend.

How can we make it automatic in case of SAP backend system does not allow to delete or Anonymise customer data.

Your inputs would be very appreciative and help others as well.

Regards, Anil Poply
