"Set Datasource Location" ERROR when changing current connection/database

Is there any other way to change the "*Set Datasource Location*" from the current databse (PROD)that the report was originally created from to a new database (DEV)? Crystal keeps on bombing out once I select "replace" with a new database.

Crystal Xi -

Menu - Database/Set Datasource Location/ - I replace with a new database connection (DEV).

I can create a new report within the DEV database that I am attempting to connect the report to.

I would grealty appreciate any assistance.
