Web Crystal Reports Viewer and Reverse Proxy issue

Dear forum users, I've developer a small web app with Visual Studio 2008 and Crystal Reports 2008 that needs to display a Crystal Report in a web viewer.

When I connect to the site directly everything works. When I connect via Reverse Proxy (using SSL Explorer) the viewer does not render in the page and a javascript error is visible in the status bar.

Does anyone can suggest me something?

Moreover, how can I bypass the viewer user and get a PDF file in the response without displaying the viewer?
