Delete Fixed Asset

I need delete a Fixed Asset in SAP. I am using the transation AS06, but, when an click delete, i received the message: "Deleting is not possible. The asset already has values." I know that the asset has value, but how i can delete this asset? I need do any posting Before the delete?
