Error in NetWeaver Developer workplace 7.0 sr3 Evaluetion SDN version

Hey !,

I am having problems in the step 30 of the NetWeaver Developer workplace install.

the install is topping and show a error with the message:

ERROR <DATE>

CJS-30151 Java process dispatcher of instance MSK/JC00 [Java:(dicpatcher: UNKNOWN, server0: STARTING APPS)] did not start after 5:00 minutoes. Giving up

I am using windows xp profesional, with "j2sdk 1.4.2_13"

Can anyone help me?
