Assign KM Permission as Admin

Hello All,

I wanted to assign Read permissions (KM Folders) to different users based on their Portal login IDs. I have made the "Admin" the owner of the folder.

Now say a guy User1 logs in , so I have to set Read permission to him for this folder. I can create the ACL for "User1" as an admin but Can I do it without logging in as admin. i.e using UME API logged in as "User1".

1) Login as User1 into Portal.

2) Access my WD APP

3) The App should Set "Read" Permission to user 1 ( Can do only if I present myself as an Admin as Admin is the owner)

4) User 1 access the files.

5) When loggin off, I delete the ACL

Please give me all your ideas on this...
