BOXI - Windows AD Authentication

Hi,

I'm new to BOXI. I have a query on user addition in BOXI.

We have an AD group from XY1 domain mapped in BOXI (this is a multiple AD domain environment). We have added few users from another domain XY2 to this group in XY1 domain. When i tried to update the userlist (from Windows AD Authentication page in CMC), these new ids are not getting imported to BOXI.

The default AD domain we have set is 'XY1'. Any idea why we are getting this issue??
