What is the use of transaction -FSE5N

HI,

What is the use of transaction -FSE5N? What exactly we will do in this transaction code? why i am not able to get the Ledger from the drop down button in the screen,If i dig the error - it is saying that we should give the special purpose ledger,how to create this?

kindly advice me.

Hello,

If you do not have SPECIAL PURPOSE LEDGER (FI-SL), you have to use

GP12N

Before that make sure that planned periods are opened in GCP5.

You can also upload the plan data on GL Accounts by using GLPLUP.

The relevant config. is more or less the same that you do for Integrated Planning upload on Cost Centers in CO.

You can see the difference between Planned and Actual GL accounts comparison in S_ALR_87012253.
