Unable to write a blog post

I tried to click on Actions-> Write A Blog Post, but it seems like I don't have permission.

Message '

You have not achieved the blogging permission level required to perform this action. To learn more about user levels, please click here'.

Please refer to attachment.

I've checked blog 'Navigating Blogger Levels in the New SAP Community', I think I've met the requirement to write a blog.

Could you please kindly help?

Please make sure that you took the following steps:

1) You followed the blog post (https://blogs.sap.com/2016/12/06/navigating-blogger-levels-new-sap-community/) and another tag or member -- as instructed in step 1 (Subscriber).

2) You went through the Contributor level. Per the blog post and Vadim's response, it may take a day or two to move from Subscriber to Contributor. (Note that a Contributor still doesn't have Author rights (the ability to publish without review).)

If you did the above and you still experience issues, please leave a comment at https://blogs.sap.com/2016/12/06/navigating-blogger-levels-new-sap-community/, per the Troubleshooting section of the blog post.

There are some additional troubleshooting steps in that blog post too (i.e. clearing your cache).

I just removed that section - there shouldn't be a delay anymore. Usually it's a matter of not following the steps appropriately.
