OSS SAP Note 642129 - Would it be possible to be applied in ECC 5.0?

Hi Experts,

I have seen the mentioned OSS SAP Note 642129 which refers to some improvement related to KALC/ KAL7 transactions. But when we navigate through the OSS Note in SAP Service Marketplace, it just shows up correction instructions up to SAP 4.7 version.

My question: would it be possible to apply that mentioned OSS SAP Note in ECC 5.0 even so?

This note is applicable to 5.0 version as well.

Thank you for your answers. I have another questions:

1) Should this OSS note be implemented manually in ECC 5.0?

2) What about ECC 6.0? Is it applicable to that version as well and should be manually implemented as the previous version?

Hi,

It's up to you whether to implement it or not; it's not mandatory. You can implement it also in 6.0.
