Delivery with Zero Quantity after GR 102 reversal for process order

Hi All,

After a recent go live of upgrade in ECC , we have got an issue in production where: After doing a MIGO good receipt with movement type 102 (reversal) for Process Order, An outbound delivery gets created with Zero quantity , whereas while doing the MIGO, qty was selected as 4or 3 for example.

An OSS was also raised to SAP but we have asked to check custom implementations for MIGO. Checked the same but not getting any clue.

What could be the possible reasons/ BADIs / we could check . Any pointers will be helpful .

if you haven't done the exits yourself then ask your colleagues and check your documentation and functional designs. Do a Google search "how to find exits and badis"
