Hi,

i have a query that if on a given day the CRM system starts working really slowly , then what are the reasons behind it and is there any way to rectify it .

Hi Arpit

There could be any number or reasons for this, it could be network related, or SAP CRM specific.

Speak with your networks people and see if they can pick upany issues with bottlenecks affecting the CRM system.

Also check for SAP Notes on the subject.

Hopefully the issues you are experiencing are not new to SAP CRM so there should be some SAP Notes on the subject.

I'm not sure what version of SAP you're running, if you tell me I maybe able to assist further.

Have you verified with your networks people that CRM is definitely causing the issue.

Under what conditions is this happening, what functionality.

HI ARDEN,

MY CRM VERSION IS BBPCRM 4.0 AND GENERALLY THE PROBLEM ARISES QUITE OFTEN, AND IT OCCURS DURING DATA ENTRY CAN U HELP ME WITH ANY TRANCTIONS CODES USING WHICH I CAN MONITOR AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM , MAYBE SOME NOTES RELATED TO THIS TOPIC.

The only transaction I know of for analysing the system is: ST01 but this is an authorization trace not a performance trace.
