PO PRICES PICKED AS DEFAULT FROM

Sir,

Ply help me in the following Setting done for Picking Prices in PO.

I want to know whether while making PO prices are picked from inforecord or from last po.

where can i find these setting.

Hi

While making PO

1. Price is picked up from inforecord if valid inforecord exsit.

2. If not the price is picked from the last PO.

3. If both conditions are not satisfied than price should be entered manually.

Price will be picked up from inforecord, this is a default SAP setting.

If you do not want PO to pick up price from the last PO, these changes can be found in EVO settings.

Path: Mateial Management: Purchasing: Enviroment Data: Define default values for buyer: settings for default Values. you can makes the changes in price adoption tab.

Price in Po will be picked from Info record if u have maintained valid info record with condition otherwise system will pick price from last PO

If no PO exist for that material then u need to enter price manualy

Dear,

PO prices are picked up from inforecord create through tcode: Me11 i.e: last purchase price. If you don't maintain info records price will pick up from the condition records maintained using Tcode: MEK1. there you have to maintain condition record: PB00 for auotmatic pick up of the price from info records, if you have not maintain info record then you have to maintain PBXX for manualy entry of the price while PO creatiom.

Price of the PO is picked from order price history available in Info record,if available.

Hi,

If you dont create a Info record for the material,condition PBXX will be found w/out a vvalue and you have to enter the manual price in the PO.

Hi,

If a valid inforecord (with or without valid conitions) does not exist, Then the price will not be picked (Net price field in the item overview will be blank)

In this case you will be required to enter the price manually.

Hi,

PO prices are picked up from inforecord wch u will create through t-code: Me11 with the last purchased price. If you don't maintain info records you have to enter the price manually in the PO.The condtn type is PBXX for manual entry of the price.

the price is updated in inforecords and from there u will get the price in new po

u will find info update tick in material tab at iitem level

so sytem update the last po price in inforecord and u will get it from inforecord

PO prices are picked from Material master for Std purchase and from ME11 for subcontracting PO
