Table and field for PIR chamge history details -reg

Hi,

which table and field sare to be used to get the PIR change history details

we would like to have a quiery in which we will input the plant and other required things and know

the change detaisl related to PIR like

when the existing PIR quantity is changed , which user has changed , changed from which quantity to which quantity etc..

now we are going to MD63 ,enter one by one materials for which PIR quantity changes happened , going to item history and seeing

if some table and field are there we can get the required details easily
