I posted my first rant in a long time over in Blogs about ten minutes ago.

It still hasn't appeared on the blog page.

Is SAP time-delaying them now, to provide a little space for pre-posting censorship editing ?

Generally when it comes to a choice between conspiracy and things-just-not-working-as-expected, I go with option 1!

Yes - I think the original version of that advice is:

Never assume malice where x will suffice.

(x = stupidity, incompetence, inefficiency, situational exigencies, etc.)

Nope. It's the refresh rate of the blog servers due to high volume of traffic, reads, readers.
