BI7 - MDM integration: Not able to connect to repository

Hi Team,

BI7 - MDM integration:

With reference to the below article:

i have done the all the configuration. The repository is getting created, but not able to connect to the repository. I think its a User name and password problem. If anyone has done it, please suggest what can be the login user name and password.
