FTP error

Hi,

I am transferring data from application server to a another server using FTP,

the coding does not works in DEV system but works in QA system, I hope it would be FTP transfer issue. Please find the log appended where it failed.

FTP Log

ftp> Invalid command.#

ftp> XXXXXXXXXX

Invalid command.#

ftp> XXXXXXX150

Not connected.#

ftp> cd CockpitFiles

Not connected.#

ftp> ls -l

quit

ftp: connect :Connection refused

Please let me know what would be the reason.
