Interest Free Loan from transfered employees

Dear Experts,

I have a case where employee transfered from Company A to Company B within same fiscal year and group company.

He took a company loan during his employment period from Apr 08 - Dec 08 in Company A and not fully repay back. Upon transfer that loan taken in Company A was transfer to Company B together with his transfer.

When run Jan 09 payroll, the interest free loan from Company A not computed somehow. Only current interest free loan is generated (technical wt is /3J1).

How can system recover interest free loan from previous company?
