Crystal Client Install

We have successfully installed Crystal on the server, and have followed the install instructions on each client. (Run .exe, install .ner3.5 and run CR Runtime). The program is showing in the Add/Remove Programs on each client with the correct version.

The Add on has been assigned in SAP and the server client is able to open and run reports.

When users on the other clients log on to SAP (we have set it to automatic) they get the message "Cannot locate installer of Addon Crystal Reports for SAP Business One. Enter the full path to the folder where the executable file of the add-on is installed".

When browsing to the folder where the executable is, it is unable to be seen for selection.

Any ideas?
