Changes to customer master and contract document

Is there any standard report to show the history/ details changed to Customer master data and Contract Header data?

Try T-Code VD04, XD04, or OV51

TCode OV51 shows changes made in Customer masters.

Thanks for your reply.

But I also want to see contract header changes for customer in one report. OV51 disply one customer changes. please let me if you come across one like that.
