update employee record on IT41

Hi,

I need to upate the infotype 41 record using the BDC program. Since most of the employee records, have multiple entries on 41, I have to delimit the existing record and then add a new one. I was able to do it.Also, I need to delete a field entry say, 'ZB' and its date. How can I do this?

The issue is the deletion of a field entry (not a record) is not reflecting in the BDC program to replicate for all employees. Also, we know that ZB date type need not always occupty the same field (DAR10) on infotype 41 and it can be DAR09 or DAR11 for different employees because of the unqiueness of infotype 41.

How to program the logic to achieve this task?
