Did you check on the PP side to see whether there is a BOM existed for the product?

Hi,
Check for the following:
1. Check material master Costing views to ensure that "do not cost" check box is not selected by mistake
2. Make sure that the BOM is Costing BOM or Production BOM or Universal BOM. Because some time the BOM may be engineering BOM or some other type which cannot be costed
3. Make sure that in BOM, they have selected the checkbox "relevant for costing" check box
4. It is also possible that the cost element that would carry the material cost is not assigned in Cost Component Structure
Let me know if the error persists even after checking the above issues
Best Regards
Surya

Dear Amir,
Can check kp26 and kp06.
Even cost center planning and cost element planning also required.
