Hi all
We have a couple of recurring reports that is not being sent anymore. I think something in the email server setup might have change as we had some network issues. The status of the reports is "pending"
Where can I check these mail server settings?

Could you please let us know which reports are you using? (Crystal,Webi or Deski).
Each report type has different servers for processing.

All Central Management Server (CMS) operations are written to a local cache before being recorded in the system database. The CMS cache record of this job might have been ignored when the CMS last queried for pending jobs. A new cache record of this job's pending status will have to be created.
Try this:
In the History page where the job is listed as Pending, select the check box next to the report instance.
Click the Pause button on the toolbar above. Once the status has been changed to Paused, select the checkbox again.
Click Resume on the toolbar above. This will create a new CMS cache record of the job's pending status. This should result in the job briefly changing to the Pending status, then changing to the Running status.
