We send emails (with documents attached) through SBO.
In the signature area, it currently shows SAP generation message, like that
"This message was sent by SAP Business One.
Can we delete/change it to company standard or user-based information? i.e. telephone no, holidays etc.
I know that there is a tick box in SBO setting, -- Print preference to remove SAP generation message for doucments. It doesn't apply for email layout however.
