OCA Abuse exception is shown in log when trying to connect to report server from java based application.

Which version of Crystal Reports Server (CRS)/BusinessObjects (BOBJ) are you trying to connect to? If it's CRS 2016 SP 4 or newer or BOBJ 4.2 SP4 or newer, all of the security libraries were upgraded. Any code written with older versions of the SDK will NOT be able to log in to the server because of this. Your code needs to reference the new version of the SDK and be recompiled.
