Channel inactive and stopped in rwb messages are still picking?

Hello Experts,

we are working on one interface Ariba to SAP PO 7.4 version.

Ariba have only one test system, so we have connection to all environments, sand box, dev, QA and pre-prod.

when we want to test QA we stop remaining sender channels(dev,sand box and pre-prod) and activate only QA to get the file processed.

now wired things are happening. after the stopped the channel in rwb and also inactivate in ID still files are picking in either Dev or sandbox.

any one found similar issue? we need to update cache in all environments?

if any one found similar issue let me know how you have fixed it.

I did have such issues with Arba adapter, the only workaround I found was to make the channel "InActive" instead of Stopping.
