As per standard sap Quality score is 1 or 100,i want to modified quality score into 50 , 60,80 as per my usage decision.

This will not effect any process. it exactly gives the performace of the vendor based on UD code that you select while processing the inspection lot

You can do change quality score according to the usage decision
go to selected sets of usage decision. QS51.select the code group and go to codes
there you can define quality score against each code as per your need

One more query is this changes can effect process or it is just information purpose.my main prospective is to rate the vendor according to the quality score.
