Acct Determination - GBB - VBO

Dear Gurus,

I have done acct. determination for GBB - VBO - 3000 "Subcontracting".... but when i do MIGO the system gives the following error....

Account determination for entry EFL GBB 0001 VBO 3000 not possible

please guide me wat to do ...
