Printing from

Hello Basis Techies,

There is a default printer, say for e.g ABC assigned to a user profile. The user tries to print a document via transaction MR21 and the spools are directed to printer XYZ automatically. It is clear from the problem that printer XYS is hardcoded somewhere, but WHERE? Does anyone have an idea from where this can be changed? Quick inputs would be appreciated.

Check what's the default printer for that User from SU01 Check the Users default printer for other documents other than SAP.

Check the IP address of the printer ABC, it might be changed.

Have you check SU01?... that must be the user default printer.

Users default printer is ABC but how does the prints from transaction MR21 go to XYZ. All other prints from SAP go only to ABC only from Tx MR21 they go to XYZ.
