Error 1308 while installing Identity Center

Hallo,

when I'm installing Identity Center I get a error message and don't know how to solve the problem:

"Error 1308.Source file not found: C:\SAPIDM\IC_install\Identity Center\program files\SAP\IdM\Identity Center\...\Windows-Change authentication method for RSA Auth Mgr. user.dpt. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

Well, it doesn't exist, besides many other .dpt files do. And the questions are why, where do I get it and where do I put it because the path description is incomplete?

I forgot,

the "Windows-Change user information for RSA Auth Mgr user.dpt" is also missing.

I checked my installation source and the files are there. I also never had this error.

Did you download it from the correct path? You see a sticky post by Kristian Lehment showing the correct path in the IDM Forum. The zip should be around 160 MB.

I would suggest you to redownload it. If you use the integrated unzip function from Windows, try to extract it with 7-Zip or WinRAR. Maybe something went wrong during the extracting process.

Problem solved. The two files really got lost in a filetransfer or something. The original zip contained them.
