RFQ Output settings as Manual

Dear Gurus,

For RFQ Print out, we have confiq for FAX and Printout. Recently FAX we configured.

Now user wants manually to select the output message, while creating RFQ? So how to change the settings and where.

But now the RFQ Printout immediate as after creation. I need to change this to Manual and how?

Please advice me
