Hi,
Goto Tcode : CO02 / CO03 and check the the Production Order system status, If it is showins as REL/PCNF /PDLV etc then the order will be appearing in the Tcode : MD04.
- Once you complete the confirmation and Final Goods Receipt for the production order system will automatically set the status of the order to DLV. All the orders with this status will not be appearing in MD04.
- One more thing once you have processed the order set tha status to TECO in tcode : CO02 and save it. Even TECO orders will not appear in the Tcode ; MD04.
- Even if you close the order i.e. set the order status as CLD it will not appear in MD04.
Hope this will help you.

Dear,
The production order disappear from MD04 in the following situations/status
1. After GR(MB31, 101); order status- DLV
2. When order status set to TECO(CO02>Functions menu>Restrict processing>
Technically complete)
3. When order is closed (CO02>Functions menu>Restrict processing>Close)

Dear Srinivasan,
I'm not sure with your requirement,Check out this
Once after completing the GR process for the order, set the TECO status in CO02>Functions>restrict
Processing--->Technically completed.
The TECO status set or closed status set production order will not be seen in MD04.
Also check COHV for mass processing.

Dear,
Please check the DLV status of order in CO02.
Planned quntity = delivery quantity the order will not display in MD04.
Or do the TECO and check.

Hi,
Once order status is set as TECO it will remove order from MD04.So after completion of the order set status of orders as TECO.You can use T.code COHV for collective changes.
