delaytime calculation

Hai ALL

We have working for the Daily Production Report. In which it has Delaytimes of the Maintenance/Operation and quality. The report is partially done. In that Unplanned delay time we are calculating if the notification has Breakdown tick mark. There we could find the breakdown hours ,this will be delay time of particular planner groups/work center.

In same time with different notification type planned delay trying to calculate , but we couldnt. In notification maintained the malfunction start, end. Even though system is not taking the breakdown hours field. Please suggest how we can go for calculating the Unplanned hours for particular planner/Work center.
