Sold to party not able to get in FBL5N

hi Guru's,

In my new client have issue. In FBL5N customer line item display reports ,one of the customer not able to get report in the sold to party,Payer able to get.But other customers i can see both sold to party and payer. I check the partner function configuration both the customer same.the Error shows.

1.you have not authorised to check,

2.Data may be archieved

but the report is last month report only,so far no archiving done.wht could be the cause.

Pls help me out this issue.

Hi Raj,

I can think of below options for your query:

1) Check if that user has all authorizations in SAP, if you chcek in SU53 screen shot it will state if he has error in authorization.

2) Check if he has selected Archive option in DATA SOURCES button in transaction code FBL5N, un check Archive option and try.

Hi,

The User having all the rights to access this code.But some of the customers can able to get ,Only few customers not possible.Even i checked the partner function configuration its ok.Couldn't get where went wrong.
