CDHDR entry of changes in INRIV table for Object NRINTERVAL with values SO_OBJ*

Hi All,

I am not really sure if this is here, but after checking on the other entries in the CDHDR table all security resources are the one who have this entry in the CDHDR table.

So to provide background, our client team is working on a quarterly security audit on objects changed in the system via CDHDR and CDPOS object entry for last quarter. Upon review the client team saw the entries in the CDHDR under my name that have to do with table INRIV, Change Document type NRINTERVAL with Object Values SO_OBJ_FOL and SO_OBJ_USR.

I tried searching thru web and cannot find a specific reason why it was under my name, but I saw something peculiar with how the entries from previous years, all the changes dated on the first week of the year, all resources under security are the users who have changed the entries.

I am under the impression that the changes are automatically triggered via changes in user master records. So if you change a user master during the start of the year, you will be the one who will be the one to trigger the automatic process.

Per SAP Note 2266569, the changes in values for all SO_OBJ* should be automatic. But my question is are there any technical references that can certify my assumption above that though the process is automatic, a certain trigger is required such as changes in user master.

Hope someone can confirm my assumptions. Thanks as always.

Best Regards,

Santi
