How to find BSP applications

Hi,

I just started learning CRM IC WEBCLIENT. How to find the BSP Applications for a particular screen. For Eg. I want to add few fields in the activity management. How can I find the BSP Applications for this.

Please suggest me.

Also please share the good material for learning CRM IC WEBCLIENT.

Hi Ajay,

If u find BSP application for a Web UI screen, for that first u have to find out the component name.

Suppose u r in Complainet screen then press F2 for any attribute availeble in the screen , one pop-up will show the component name as well as view name(BT120H_CPL & DETAILS).

Copy this component name and now go to SE80 and choose BSP Application and use this component name as BSP Application.

If u want to add any field first u have to find out that the required field is available in context node or not if not u have to add that field by EEWB.

U can find lot's of document from service.sap.com.
