    Earliest possible time for the start of processing: The work item does not become

    visible in the recipient's Business Workplace until this time.

    Latest start

    Latest deadline for starting processing of a work item

    The status of the work item must change from "Ready" to "In Process"

    Requested end

    Requested deadline for completion of processing of a work item

    Latest end

    Latest deadline for completion of processing of a work item.

      Visit saptechnical site.

      Goto Tutorials->workflow

      In that there is a Tutorial on Deadline Monitoring..

      This should give you an idea how to proceed further.

      Regards,

      PR.

    Hi Selvamuthukumar,

    The terminologies you mentioned are used for Deadline Monitoring in Workflows. This is used to specify when a workitem to be triggered/terminated by the system. These are date and time based activities that trigger when a particular date / time is met.

    Please find below the details:

    * 1. Latest end*

    It is the Latest time of completion of a work item. After this time is crossed the workitem would get logically deleted.

    * 2. Requested start*

    It is the time requested to start the processing of a workitem.

    * 3. Latest start*

    It is the Latest time to start the processing of a work item.

    * 4. Requested end*

    It is the Requested time when the processing of a work item should get completed.
