Changing Title bar description for newly Created order Type

Hi Gurus,

Can anybody please explain me the process for changing the title bar description for new Order Type which i have copied from std.order type OR .I want to change display in title bar not as <our company name> sales order.

Hi

Yes, it is possible to change the title of that transaction dislayed in the initial screen. I have (my ABAP consultant) done the same for the transaction VL10G, but unfortunately I forgot the process. Please consult your ABAPer and he can change the description/title.

Hi,

If you are speaking about the text in title bar of the overview screen of VA01, i.e. Create Sales Order: Initial Screen then this cna not be done by configuration. Please speak with your technical team of try with screen or transaction variant.

Hi,

In VOV8 change the description of the sales order as Company name sales order. As this will only display at title bar when you create a sales order.
