KM folders customization

Hi,

I have created an iView to show my news form. It's a requirement that only 3 news must be shown in this iView. I suppose I need to customize a KM forder in order to permit create only 3 news inside it. Could somebody tell me if I'm in the right direction and help me with it? or maybe some other way to design a solution?
